An Indian origin and a graduate in Cost Accounting and Auditing with Excellent Academic Records from Bombay University, India. He is also a Certified Lead auditor for the Quality Assurance by Lloyds, Dubai (UAE).

Rajesh Kumar Krishna presently heads Beaver Gulf Group as its Chairman & CEO with the vision of 'Building a Sustainable Future'. His determination coupled with rich exposure as an ardent professional in Project Management is leading the Group on its path towards becoming a dominant global player in the areas of operation. Under his proficient management, Beaver is specialized in the construction of Multi Storied Commercial and Residential Buildings, Hospitals & Telecom Buildings, Electrical substation buildings, Warehouse Complexes, LPG Filling Plant & Bulk Storage Facility, and all other types of turnkey projects in UAE, Middle East and India.

Rajesh has acquired an extensive experience in every aspect of Project Management & Co-ordination, Procurement Management, Finance, Administration and Banking.

Mohamed Rafiq

General Manager

An Indian national with over 24 years of experience in construction industry and a graduate as Civil Engineering from Madras University is managing Beaver Gulf as General Manager of Beaver Gulf Group.

With proven leadership skills to demonstrate ability to execute large sized projects independently with full on-site construction management, effective scheduling, monitoring and inspecting all works from the start to customer orientation and negotiation with vendors. His experience include working for major government and semi government projects of ADNOC, Dubai Municipality, EPPCO, ENOC, NSHAMA, EMAAR, FEWA etc

Rafiq has excellent interpersonal skills and leadership qualities in human resource management and in an organization where high personal standards, efficiency and integrity are expected and rewarded. He is actively involved in:

Vibhu Reghuvaran

Chief Financial Officer

A finance and law professional, Mr.Vibhu Reghuvaran heads the Beaver Gulf Group as the Chief Financial Officer. Having varied experience in Construction, Real Estate,General Trading, Manufacturing and hospitality sectors who worked in India and Middle East Region, is managing the multiple functions of Beaver Gulf Group, within Finance and law-Controlling, Treasury, Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Unit Finance, since 2008

Vibhu is performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission including:

  • Planning and Analysis of business and formalizing of Contracts and identifying new funding opportunities, the drafting of prospective programmatic budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of prospective opportunities.
  • Assess the benefits of all prospective contracts and advise the Executive Team on programmatic design and implementation matters.
  • Ensure adequate controls are installed and substantiating documentations are approved and available such that all revenue / expenditure are regularized.
  • Ensure complete control over budget and procurement payroll activity for staff and participants.
  • Ensure programmatic success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual and programmatic requirements.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue /expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.
  • Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization and oversee federal awards and programs.
